    3. Order Conversion Power (20 points)

    Are browsers becoming buyers? Is your menu photography compelling? Are descriptions driving sales?


    4. Repeat Order Engine (20 points)

    Are customers coming back? What's your repeat order rate? Do you have systems in place to encourage loyalty?


    5. Visibility & Trust (15 points)

    Are your profiles complete? Are reviews being managed? Are you showing up in search results?
